Spinning tunes since the age of 15 and playing to capacity crowds, has allowed for DJ MVC to gain a valuable reputation as one of the best up and coming DJ's around Melbourne.

At 18, MVC was voted the winner of the Central Station DJ competition held at Melbourne's Hi-Fi Bar.

Michael's competitive nature and ever growing love for DJ-ing saw him return to the club scene several years later.
In January 2006, MVC was voted the "unanimous winner" of the first DJ Mix my Vinyl Competition at Area61, judged by Papa Smurf and Jack Newman.
While still a relative newcomer, MVC is fast gaining a strong reputation as one to watch out for with his distinctive funky vocal sounds and infamous acapella's.

His impressive resume includes a DJ contract with Splash productions and current residencies at high profile venues such as Area61, Stolberg and Chaise Lounge. MVC has also held residences at Hi-Fi Bar, Daiseys and Hugo Lounge.

He has played on rotation at Room680, The Beach Hotel, The Quay, Waterside, Mango Lounge Bar, for FOX FM and at the Saab Marquee in the Birdcage, Flemington; during the prestigious VRC Spring Carnival.
